Filtering the view
To filter the Basic groups, click
on the toolbar and specify the filter criteria:- Specifying the names of Basic groups: Use the character * (asterisk) as wildcard for an arbitrary number of characters. Use the separator | (pipe), to search for multiple names. Example: *a*|*x*. All Basic groups are shown, which have a or x in the name.
- Selecting object categories: Select these check boxes, to specify the objects that are shown:
- System objects: Basic groups, which are used for internal processes or for data exchange between the Basic components, for example, the group Every SSO User. By default, these objects are not shown.
- Default objects: Basic groups which are part of the default database, for example, the groups Report Designer and Report Viewer.
- User-defined objects: Basic groups, which you have created.
Click
, to refresh the view. Click , to show all objects.Note: The
System objects check box is
only available, if the option
Show system objects in the
Options dialog is selected.
