An Alea Ad-hoc report is created with the #_GRP_ dimension on
either the column or row axis.
In the report, click the #_GRP_dimension to open the Dimension
Browser. Mark the roles to assign.
Note: If you have created new roles in the Repository, you must
update your #_GRP_ dimension, before you can assign access rights to those new
roles. Click
Update Roles on the
toolbar. After updating the #_GRP_ dimension, you must close the Multi-DAC and
reopen it.
Drag a dimension to the column or row axis so that its elements
intersect with the roles displayed in the #_GRP_dimension.
Use the
Dimension Browser to mark the elements to which
to assign rights.
Select an access level from the Access Control toolbar.
