Assigning access permissions via the #_TABACC cube

To assign access permissions:

  1. Double-click the #_TABACC cube to create an Ad-hoc report.
    The report displays roles on one axis and cubes on another.
  2. Click the intersection of the role and cube for which to assign access permissions.
  3. Select an access level from the Access Control toolbar.
    The levels are:
    • None
    • Read
    • Write
    • Administer
    • Default: Default permissions for a cube are specified in Infor BI Repository Administration

    The permissions are written back to the cube.

    Note: 

    If you have created roles in the Repository, you must first update your #_GRP_ dimension, before you can assign access permissions to those new roles. Click Update Roles on the toolbar. After updating the #_GRP_ dimension you must close the DAC and reopen it.
