Assigning permissions to folders and reports

To assign permissions on a folder or report:

  1. Right-click a folder or report in the Report Catalog and select Manage Permissions.

  2. Click Add role or user and select the users and roles to add and assign the permissions.
    Note: Roles and groups that only have inherited permissions, have a gray icon. If other permissions are assigned to a group or a role, the symbol is colored.
