Enabling check-in and check-out prompts

By default, when you check a report in or out you are asked if you want to keep it checked in or out and if you want to check in/out recursively. That is, check in/out reports below it in the report catalog structure. You can disable these dialog boxes.

To specify check in/out prompts:

  1. Select Extras > Settings .
  2. Click Report Tree.
  3. Select the required options.
