Exporting report books
There are two options for exporting report books:
- Export Books (.books): Exports the structure of one or more report books, but not the reports they contain.
- Book Export Wizard: Exports a single report book and its reports to a variety of formats.

You can export a single report book, or all the report books in a folder, to a book
file.
Note: Only report books are exported - not the reports which they reference. Export the
referenced reports separately.
To export a report book or multiple books:
- In the report catalog, right-click the report book or report book folder to export and select
- Specify a name for the export file and the location to which to export it.
- Click .
