Creating a cell value condition To create a cell value condition: Right-click the cell in which to create the condition and select Cell value is in the Condition field. Select an operator. For example, Between, Equal to, etc. Specify a value or range of values, depending on the operator you have selected. Click Add. The condition is added to the List of conditions. Click the condition. To assign a predefined format to the condition, select a format from the list. To specify a format for the condition, select Format in the list and click Edit Entry Format. The Edit Format dialog is displayed. Specify the format to apply. The Edit Format dialog operates in the same way as the Format Cells dialog.
