Dashboard jumps
Unlike other types of action the Jump to dashboard action is specifically for use in reports which are viewed in Infor BI Dashboards and Infor BI Dashboards.

Use dashboard jumps in these situations, for example:
- You have a dashboard which serves as an entry site to a suite of dashboards and which contains links to other dashboards.
- You want to drill from a summary dashboard to a dashboard of detail reports.
- You want to provide guided navigation through a sequence of dashboards.
The action is ignored if a report in which it is used is viewed in Application Studio or Application Studio WebServices. If the cell or object contains further actions, the next valid action is executed.
The Target dashboard input is required. Specify the unique name of the target dashboard, or a variable that contains the unique name.
To specify a jump to the default start screen, specify
="_startscreen" as the value of the Target dashboard. To
specify a jump to an empty dashboard, specify
="_empty".
You can specify action parameters to set the values of global variables, or of report variables in the source report.
You can add a parameter connection to the action to set the state of the target dashboard.
