Characteristics Set

Use this page to add, modify or delete the defined characteristics set for the tenant. You can also manage the base characteristics set. A characteristics set is a customer defined set of preferences.

Setup > Characteristic Set

You can select the tenant in the Search Criteria section and click Search, to view the related characteristic set. The characteristic set defined for the tenant is displayed in the Characteristics Set section.

You can also use this page to:

• Add the defined or base characteristics set using the Add option. The Customer Characteristic Information page is displayed.
• Modify an existing defined or base characteristic set using the Edit option. The Customer Characteristic Information page is displayed.
• Delete the base characteristic set. Select the check box corresponding to the Characteristic Set Name and click Delete.
• Copy the base characteristic set. Select the check box corresponding to the Characteristic Set Name and click Copy.
