Defining the search criteria for DMN codes

Use this page to specify the search criteria for the DMN codes to be displayed on the Reason Code page.

  1. Select Defective Materials > Set Up DMN Codes.
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Code Type
    The type of the DMN code. Possible values:
    • Reason
    • Source
    • Disposition
    • Claim
    Note: By default, this field is set to Reason.
  3. Click Submit. The Reason Code page is displayed.
