Adding or modifying Defective Material Notice Disposition Code

Use this page to add or modify the disposition code for the Defective Material Notices (DMNs).

  1. Select Defective Materials > Set Up DMN Codes.
  2. Specify the search criteria.
    Note:  Set the Code Type field to Disposition.
  3. Click Submit. The Disposition Code list page is displayed.
  4. Click Add in the Code List section. The Disposition Code detail page is displayed. To modify an existing disposition code, click the Edit option corresponding to the code.
  5. Specify this information:
    Code
    The code of the disposition process.
    Description
    The description of the disposition.
  6. Click Save. The Disposition Code list page is displayed.
