Possible Causes

• The item specified in the <ItemCode> element is not set up in SunSystems.
• The value specified for the <ItemCode> is incorrect.

Suggested Actions

• Check you have specified the correct value for <ItemCode>. If not, correct the value and rerun the payload.
• If the value is correct, check that you have specified the correct business unit as the item may exist on a different business unit. Correct and rerun the payload.
