Viewing SCV datasheets

You can view the SCV datasheets from SCV menu if you have the permission to view SCV datasheets. The SCV menu contains the datasheets for which the Enabled option is set to On and the access right is provided to the user.

To view the SCV datasheet:

Select SCV > Category Name. The datasheets are displayed by Display Name, in alphabetical order and are grouped based on the Category.
Select the datasheet you want to view. After successful validation of the Datasheet Query or Table and Column to Display parameters, the data is displayed based on the configuration defined in the Query or Table option.
Note:
- The order in which the columns are displayed is based on the configuration of the datasheet.
- The number of rows displayed is based on the rows retrieved by the resultant query.
A warning message is displayed, if:
- The resultant table or query cannot be validated.
- No column is defined in the Column to Display section.
- There is mismatch of column or unknown column exist in the Column to Display field, results no column being displayed.
Examples of warning messages:
- Unable to load SCV datasheet. Table cannot be resolved.
- Unable to load SCV datasheet. Query cannot be resolved.
- Unable to load SCV datasheet. No Columns to Display.
Note: You can filter the data displayed in each column based on the requirement.
