Defining cycles - Cycle Process tab
You must specify this information in the Cycle
Process tab.
- Cycle Process
- The cycle process definition used by the cycle.
- Process is Started
- Determines the starting of the Cycle Process. Possible values:
- Before Next Period Start
- After Next Period Start
- Manually
- Process Start Offset
- The number of days in which the process must be initiated along with the Next Period and Process is Started options.
Note: This field is not applicable, if the Process is Started option is set to Manually.
- Next Period
- Determines the date for next cycle period to be started automatically, from the
Calendar.
Note:
- This field is applicable when the Process is Started option is not set to Manually.
- If the value is not specified, the cycle cannot be processed automatically as the period to start cannot be determined.
- Periodicity
- The duration of each cycle period. The time period is selected from the levels that
are defined in the Calendar at or above the calendar level to store plan (CLSP).
Note: This value must be higher than the level to store plan.
