Coloring

You can configure the coloring of cells in the grid. The tool tip on each coloring field is used to identify when coloring is enabled.

  1. Select Settings > Coloring.
  2. Specify this information:
    Item colors
    Select a color option for the item colors.
    Additional column color
    Select a color option for the additional column that you selected on the Display tab.
    Note: Cells are filled with the selected color when the actual value is different from the specified standard value.
    Projected on-hand balance colors
    Select a color option for the projected on-hand balance columns.
    Shelf life threshold
    Specify the shelf life threshold percentage and select a color for the cell. The OHB cell is displayed as the selected color when the shelf life exceeds the value specified in this field.
    Sales time threshold
    Specify the sales time threshold percentage and select a color for the cell. The OHB cell is displayed as the selected color when the sales time exceeds the value specified in this field.
    Max coverage
    Specify the number of maximum hours for the projected on-hand balance items and select a color for the cell. The OHB cell is displayed as the selected color when the maximum coverage exceeds the value specified in this field.
    Min coverage
    Specify the minimum hours for the projected on-hand balance items and select a color for the cell. The OHB cell is displayed as the selected color when the minimum coverage is less than the value specified in this field.
    Demand colors
    Select a color option for demand items.
    Forecast fulfillment below
    Select a percentage for the minimum forecast fulfillment and select a color for the cell. The demand cell is displayed as the selected color when the forecast fulfillment percentage is less than the value specified in this field.
    Forecast fulfillment exceeding
    Select a percentage for the maximum forecast fulfillment and select a color for the cell. The demand cell is displayed as the selected color when the forecast fulfillment percentage exceeds the value specified in this field.
    Supply colors
    Select a color for the supply items.
    Bucket column color
    Select one color if value exceeds zero and another color if value is below zero.
    Note: Cells are filled with the selected color when the actual value is different from the specified standard value.

    Columns that have specific column coloring parameters, for example, Demand, Supply, and so on are not affected by additional bucket coloring.

  3. Click OK.
