Defining Servers settings

  1. Select Menu > Setup > Settings > Servers.
  2. Specify this information:
    DMP Server
    Name (URL)
    Specify the URL. You can contact your IT department for information on the URL
    Package Download
    Download directory
    Specify the download directory for the forecast packages.
    ION
    Product Support BOD (ISA)
    If Product Support BOD (ISA) check box is selected, then DMP generates the BOD file into the data store folder (XML files). The support assistant must be installed on the machine and configured to pick up the XML BOD files and set it to Infor.
    Data Store
    Specify the folder for ISA Data Store.
  3. Click OK to close the dialog box or select another tab to continue.
