Creating a To Do List

  1. Select Menu > Lists > To Do List.
    The To Do List dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select New To Do List Item to open the To Do Properties dialog box.
  3. Specify this information:
    To Do
    Specify the title of the To Do List.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description for the To Do List.
    Type
    Select Assigned or Private from the drop-down list. When Private is selected, then the To Do list item is visible to the administrator only.
    Assign to
    Select from the list of available users.
    Note: When Private is selected for Type, the Assign to field is disabled.
    Start Date
    Specify the date when activity for the To Do list should start.
    Due Date
    Specify the date when activity for the To Do list should finish.
    Priority
    Select the appropriate priority from the drop-down list.
    Category
    Select the appropriate category from the drop-down list.
    Ext. Reference
    Select the appropriate external reference from the drop-down list.
    Note: This field is disabled if the external reference is not defined in the database.
  4. Click OK.
    The task is added to the To Do List.
    Note:  M3 DMP administrator can assign To Do List activities to one or all forecasters. The administrator includes the To Do List activities with forecast packages. The forecasters can mark the assignment complete. This information is then uploaded automatically to the M3 DMP administrator with the package.
