Creating a To Do List
- From the menu, select Lists > To Do List.

Select New To Do List Item
to open the To
Do Properties dialog box.

Specify this information:
- To Do
- Specify the name of the To Do List.
- Description
- Optionally, specify a description for the To Do List.
- Type
- Select Assigned or Private from the list. When Private is selected, the To Do list item is visible to the administrator.
- Assign to
- Select from the list of available users.

Note: When Private is selected for Type, the Assign to field is disabled.
- Start Date
- Specify the date when the activity for the To Do list starts.
- Due Date
- Specify the date when the activity for the To Do list finishes.
- Priority
- Select the appropriate priority from the list.
- Category
- Select the appropriate category from the list.
- Ext. Reference
- Select the appropriate external reference from the list.

Note: This field is disabled if the external reference is not defined in the database.

Click OK.
The task is added to the To Do List.Note: The M3 DMP administrator can assign To Do List activities to one forecaster or all forecasters. The administrator adds the To Do List activities to forecast packages. Forecasters can mark the assignments as complete. The assignment status information is uploaded automatically to the M3 DMP administrator account with the package.
