This right enables access to Version Control and to these action menus:

• View and edit version properties
• Create new empty versions
• Copy versions
• Delete versions
• Open versions
• Close versions
• Compact database

Manage Workflow

This right enables access to Menu > Data > Workflows and to these actions:

• Run workflows
• Create, edit, or delete existing workflows

Manage Import

This right enables access to import data from M3 datasets, file interface, or M3 promotions.

Manage Export

This right enables access to export data to M3 datasets, file interface, or M3 promotions.

Manage Triggers

This right enables access to M3 Triggers.

Manage Alternative units of measurement

This right enables access to Menu > Data > AUM Setup and to these setup options:

• AUM Define
• AUM Conversion
• AUM Import
• AUM Deploy

Manage AUM Factor Edit

This right enables access to Menu > Data > AUM Factor Edit. The AUM factors are edited in a special grid view.

Manage Attribute

This right enables access to Menu > Data > Attribute Setup and to these setup options:

Manage Extra Keys

This right enables access to Menu > Data > Extra Key and to these setup options:

• Change Extra Keys in pivot sheet

Manage Forecast Methods

This right enables access to these features in Data:

• Create Seasonal index
• Change Forecast Methods in pivot sheet

Manage Forecast Calculation

This right enables the user to calculate a forecast using favorite views or pivot sheet.

Manage Key State

This right enables access to these features:

• Menu > Lists > Key State
• Dataset > Phase out
• Change Key State in pivot sheet

Manage Phantoms

This right enables access to Dataset > Phantoms to copy the phantom structure from the pivot sheet.

Manage Promotions

This right enables access to Menu > Data > Promotions List.

To access the Promotion header and lines, double-click the Promotion key or Item number column.

Manage Scripts

This feature enables access to Menu > Lists > Scripts. If this right is enabled, the user can also access the scripts in the pivot sheets.

This right enables access to Menu > Data > Numerics and texts for keys for modification.
