Registering your company to a PEPPOL ACCESS point

Perform this task to register your service to a third-party service provider. See the Country Configuration Overview sections to see if this is supported in a service.

Prerequisite: An activated Web Services Gateway setup.

  1. Click the Registration link.
Note: The link is only displayed if connectivity has been configured and is active.
  2. Specify this information:
    Field Note
Company Information Specify your registration details.

See Sending invoices to the Peppol Network for reference on what you must specify to uniquely identify your company. For example, if your company is located in New Zealand, specify NZ:GST in the Tax SchemeID, the Tax ID and GLN in the PEPPOL SchemeID, and the unique business number (NZBN) in the PEPPOL ID field.

    Note:
    • Some information from the Company Information tab is required for this registration. We recommend to return to the tab, to enter and save the information before continuing with this registration.
    • For countries where identifiers (Tax ID and SchemeID) used in PEPPOL are different with their tax identifier, both information must be registered.
Tax SchemeID Specify the Tax SchemeID. See Sending invoices to the Peppol Network.
Tax ID Specify the data required for the Tax SchemeID.

For example, Tax ID or Company Code.

PEPPOL SchemeID Specify the PEPPOL SchemeID. See Sending invoices to the Peppol Network.
PEPPOL ID Specify the data required for the PEPPOL SchemeID.

    For example, Business Number.

Note: If you get a registration error during the update, return to the company information and update the specified details or de-register to return your registration to its pre-registered status.
  3. Click Register.

The upper right of the Registration window shows the Legal entity ID assigned to you once registered.

Note: Future modifications are not allowed, and you cannot change legal entities once registered.

The information you entered for PEPPOL Registration can also be seen in the IDENTIFIERS form. See Configuring Identifiers.
