Registering your company to PEPPOL Network
This task is only required for cloud instances.
Prerequisite: An activated Web Services Gateway setup.
These are the fields that you can see in the form:

Note: The link is only displayed if connectivity has been configured and is active.
- PEPPOL Registration Details:
Field Note Environment This is the environment from the Web Services Gateway setup. Legal Entity Status This is the status of your accounting entity if it's already registered as a legal entity in the PEPPOL Network. Sales Invoice Status This is the status of your legal entity if it's registered as Sender (Sales) in the PEPPOL Network. Vendor Invoice Status This is the status of your legal entity if its registered as Receiver (Vendor) in the PEPPOL Network. - Company Information which are retrieved from the accounting entity details:
Field Note Legal Entity ID This is the accounting entity's legal entity ID once registered. Legal Entity Type Sender (Sales) - Select if your legal entity is required to send documents to the PEPPOL Network. Receiver (Vendor) - Select if your legal entity is required to retrieve documents from the PEPPOL Network.
Note: These options are available when the corresponding web services gateway setup is active: Outbound for Sender and Inbound for Receiver. - Address Information. The system retrieves these details from the accounting entity details. To update the information, return to the accounting entity form, modify the fields, then click Save.
These are the steps to register your company:
- Click the Register link.
- Select the Legal Entity Type.
- Click the Add button (Register Legal Entity).
- Click Yes on the confirmation window.
- Click OK on the information window.
- Click the Refresh button to refresh registration status.
- After the Legal Entity Status is Registered, click Next to specify the necessary details to register Sender/Receiver.
- Click Modify , then specify the necessary PEPPOL Identifiers.
- Optionally, you can click the Add button to specify additional IDs.
- Click the Save button, then click Yes in the confirmation window.
- Click the Refresh button to refresh registration status.
Configuring an inactive Web Services Gateway
Set up your existing inactive web services gateway before the migration patch. Since only active setups were migrated during the patch, all existing inactive setups must be manually migrated by doing the following steps:
Note: Deleting the existing causes errors. You can delete it after following steps 1 and 2.
