Configuring the Customer Contacts widget

To configure the Customer Contacts widget:
  1. Click and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Company
    The financial or logistical company name.
    Internal Sales Representative
    The Internal Sales Representative defaulted from the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session. The Internal Sales representative is the employee defined in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session.
  3. Click OK to save.
