Configuring the Service Calls Widget

To configure the Service calls widget:

  1. Click and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Company
    The logistical company code. This value is retrieved from the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in LN.
    Service Engineer
    The value is defaulted from the Service User Profile (tsmdm1150m000) session. You can modify the value by specifying the service engineer from the Employees Service (tsmdm1140m000) session.
    Department
    The Service Office is defaulted from the Service User Profile (tsmdm1150m000) session. The value in the Department field is defaulted from the Service Departments (tsmdm1100m000) session.
  3. Click OK to save.
