The Quality Management BI Reporting tool is used to track and evaluate quality metrics and trends. The critical quality parameters are displayed on a single screen to simplify quality analysis and reporting.
This tool facilitates graphical representation of the operational and statistical qualitative analysis based on the data that the tool receives from Infor LN. Using the tool, the quality manager can view, study, and analyze the data in different forms, at different levels based on different parameters.
Business intelligence (BI) refers to software-based techniques used to identify, extract and analyze data related to quality. The common functions of BI reporting technology are analytics, forecast analytics, and so on.
The tool also generates alerts, in case of a deviation in any of the business values. The record with the deviated value in the report is highlighted, to alert the user. You can also view the Pareto analysis of some of the reports. This analysis covers all the defects including those identified in batches that are passed based on the accept or reject criteria.
