Contract Cash Flow by Period report

The Contract Cash Flow by Period report displays the ‘Net Income’ of a contract for a specific Period. This report also provides a breakup of the billed invoices, costs and overheads for a period.

The Contract Cash Flow by Period report displays the following data:

• Billed Invoice

  The total invoiced amount to the customer. The Include Advance option enables you to include the advance amounts in the billed invoices.

• Expenses

  The expenses are categorized as cost types:

  • Labor Costs
  • Subcontracted Service
  • Equipment Costs
  • Sundry Costs
  • Material Costs
  • Overhead
• Total Expenses

  The sum of expenses for all the cost types for the specific period.

  Total billed invoices and expenses for the year.

• Net Income

  (Billed Invoice - Total Expenses)
