Changing theme colors

You can set your own colors for fonts (foreground color) and for backgrounds in the Theme Editor. The procedure to change colors is the same for every color specification.

  1. Select the item in the tree pane that you want to edit.
  2. For components or levels where you can change the color, look for a black drop-down arrow in the field for that setting. Click the drop-down arrow in the field for which you want to change the color.
  3. The Theme Editor displays a color picker dialog box.
  4. Specify whether you want:
    • No color (None )
    • A Solid Color
    • A linear Gradient
Note: The Gradient option is not always available. If you choose Gradient, there are additional controls at the bottom of the window that control the appearance of the gradient.
  5. Change the R, G, B, and A controls as desired.

These are standard RGBA values. You can set the numeric value, use sliders, or click in the color box to get the color you want.

  6. Close the window.
