Configuring the app to connect to the back office

  1. Open the Service Management mobile app.
  2. On the Sign In screen, tap Settings.
  3. Specify this information:
    Https
    If secure http is enabled for your web server, leave this switch on. If your web server does not have http enabled, turn this off.
    Address
    Specify the name of your web server, without the http:// prefix.
    Port
    Leave this field blank unless a specific port number has been assigned for the Service Management REST services.
    Configuration
    Specify the name of the Service Management configuration to which you are connecting.
  4. Return to the Sign In screen. Use your user name and password that is set up on the Users form in the back office.
