Configuring the app to connect to the back office
        
         
          - Open the Service Management mobile app. 
 
          - On the Sign In screen, tap Settings. 
 
          - Specify this information:
           
            
             - 
              Https
             
 
             - 
              If secure http is enabled for your web server, leave this switch on. If your web server does not have http enabled, turn this off.
             
 
             - 
              Address
             
 
             - 
              Specify the name of your web server, without the http:// prefix.
             
 
             - 
              Port
             
 
             - 
              Leave this field blank unless a specific port number has been assigned for the Service Management REST services.
             
 
             - 
              Configuration
             
 
             - 
              Specify the name of the Service Management configuration to which you are connecting.
             
 
            
             
          - Return to the Sign In screen. Use your user name and password that is set up on the Users form in the back office.
