Collect Logs
The Collect Logs page enables you to collect log files and other relevant information such as registry and database information. Collected files can be attached to the incident at the location www.inforxtreme.com for further troubleshooting.
Important: Logs should not be collected when long-running tasks
such as extraction are in progress.
