Oracle - Role/Responsibility Assignment Management
The What-if analysis for Oracle- Role/Responsibility Assignment Management helps you determine the impact of assigning new roles/responsibilities to a user or revoking existing roles/responsibilities before actually making a change in the Oracle application.
To create a What-if analysis for Oracle - Role/Responsibility Assignment
Management:
- Provide details on the
following panels:
- General Information: Use this panel to provide the following general information about the What-if:
- New Roles to be assigned
- New Responsibilities to be assigned.
- Already assigned Roles/Responsibilities.
- Select Rule Books.
- Select Parameter Lists.
- More details.
- Click Analyze. The What-if analysis appears on the What-if Analysis home page. Click the What-if link to drill down to view the violations generated and take further action.
If Access Manager for Oracle is installed on your server, you will be
able to generate a Role/Responsibility Assignment Management type of request
from this type of What-if analysis as follows;
- If the What-If analysis does not generate violations you can create a request either from the What-if home page or the Violations Details page.
- If the What-If analysis generates violations, you can create a request only from the Violation Details page.
