Lawson - User Creation Request
A User Creation What-if analysis for Lawson helps you determine the impact of creating new users in your Lawson System Foundation (LSF) system and assigning roles to them.
To create a User Creation What-If:
- Provide details on the
following panels:
- General Information: Use this panel to provide the following general information about the What-if:
- New roles to be assigned to the user.
- Select Rule Books.
- More details.
- Click Analyze. The analyzed What-if analysis appears on the What-if Analysis home page. Click the What-if analysis link to drill down to view the violations generated and take further action.
If Access Manager for Lawson is installed on your server, you can
generate a User Creation type of request from this What-if analysis:
- If the What-if analysis does not generate violations, you can create a request either from the What-if home page or the Violation Details page.
- If the What-if analysis generates violations, you can create a request only from the Violation Details page.
