Schedule New Report

The New Scheduled Report page is used to create new schedules for reports.

Reports may be scheduled based on the time, extraction or analysis. You can set up a schedule that extracts data, analyzes it and then generate reports. You can also configure the users who will receive these reports as soon as they are generated.

Note: To schedule an analysis based report, at least one successfully completed analysis, with violations, must exist in the system.

Note: When scheduling a report, if you select the options Store in my Infor Risk & Compliance Inbox and Send by Email, the Remarks column will display the status as Pending and Pending till the system generates the report . Once the report is generated, the remarks column will display the location of the report and the names of the users who were notified via email.
