Rule Books in Infor Risk & Compliance enable you to organize and manage rules easily and efficiently. There are several advantages of using rule books:

• Bulk Management: Rule books facilitate working with rules because they enable you to take action on all rules simultaneously. For example, if you want to disable all rules in a rule book, you can simply disable the rule book.
• Bulk Exclusion: The Bulk Exclusion feature enables you to exclude the same set of violating objects from all rules in a single rule book or from multiple rule books. The same object can therefore be excluded at one go instead of separately from each rule.
• Logical Classification: Rule books facilitate a logical and easy classification of rules enabling you to place rules of one category under a single rule book.
• Easy Import or Export: Rule books enable you to import or export all the rules within a rule book simultaneously.
