Data specific
These terms are found across data grids.
- Active Status
- Shows whether the item is in an active status, for example, issued, purchased, and so on.
- Analysis Type
- Type of simulation done on an item, for example:
- SIMULATION: Fully simulated
- LOW_DATA: Few data points
- NEW_ITEM: New item
- Bin Tracking
- Shows whether the item is tracked in a bin.
- ERP Max Order
- Maximum order value set in your ERP.
- ERP ROP
- Reorder point by the value set in your ERP.
- First Issue Date/Last Issue Date
- First/last record in history sent from your ERP to IIH.
- IIH Max Order
- Maximum order value recommended by Infor IIH.
- IIH ROP
- Reorder point by the value recommended by Infor IIH.
- In Scope
- All items are In Scope by default. Change to Out of Scope in Item Details to prevent IIH from generating a recommendation for that item in the future.
- Max Order Abs % Change
- Calculated as the absolute value of (IIH Max Order - ERP Max Order) / ERP Max Order * 100
- Max Order Change
- Calculated from IIH Max Order - ERP Max Order.
- Median Lead Time
- Median lead time during the analysis window.
- Order Days/Receiving Days
- Days and frequency in which item is reviewed/received,
for example:
- M-F: Monday to Friday
- EVERY MON: Every Monday
- EVERY OTHER MON: Every other Monday
- Order Policy
- IIH supports
these "Order Policy" options. For each item, IIH applies the option specified by the "Reorder Quantity
Code".
- (M) Maximum: Order the difference between the available quantity and the "Max Order".
- (F) Fixed: Order the fixed quantity specified in "Reorder Quantity".
- (D) Difference: Order the difference between the reorder point and the available quantity, that is, the reorder point is treated as the max
Note: The Minimum Order field can apply for any of these policies. If the calculated order quantity is smaller than min_order, then use the min_order value. - Override Max Order
- User-supplied Override value for the maximum order value.
- Override ROP
- User-supplied Override value for the reorder point.
- ROP Abs % Change
- Calculated as the absolute value of (IIH ROP - ERP ROP) / ERP ROP * 100
- ROP Change
- Calculated from IIH ROP - ERP ROP
- ROP Direction
- Direction of the reorder point by , , or .
- Removal Candidate
- Items with less than three transaction days are considered candidates for removal.
- Reorder Doc
- Document that would trigger a reorder, such as Purchase Order (PO).
- Sent to ERP
- Timestamp of the last time the record was sent to your ERP.
- UOM
- Unit of measure, for example:
- CA: Case
- EA: Each
- PK: Package
- BX: Box
- RL: Roll
- BG: Bag

- Shows errors in validation, for example, ROP ≤ Max Order.
