Rebuilding text indexes

Use this procedure to populate values for the Keyword Search.
  1. Select Utilities > Rebuild Text Indexes.
  2. Select a Item Lifecycle Management Group.
  3. Click OK to process this action now, or click Schedule to schedule this process to run later.
