Rebuilding text indexes

Use this procedure to populate values for the Keyword Search.
  1. Select Application Administration > Shared > Utilities.
  2. On the Build Search Keywords panel, click Recall Notice.
  3. Select a Item Lifecycle Management Group.
  4. Click OK to process this action now, or click Schedule to schedule this process to run later.
