Creating contract bid worksheets

  1. Select Manage Contracts.
  2. Open a contract record.
  3. On the Lines tab, verify if there are contract lines.
  4. Select All Actions Menu > Create Contract Bid Worksheet.
  5. Specify this information:
    Date Range For Quantity Ordered Calculation
    Select a date range to use for the quantity ordered calculation.
    Enter A Percent To Increase Cost For Comparison Purposes
    Specify a percentage value to show as a future cost markup comparison.
    Create Record For Line With No Ordered Quantity
    Select this check box to create records for lines that have no ordered quantity.
    Bid Supplier
    Select the bid supplier.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Click Refresh.
  8. On the Alert Links tab, click Bid Worksheets.
  9. The Bid Worksheet page shows all of the contract line details.
