Creating contract bid worksheets
- Select Contracts > Contracts.
- Open a contract record.
- On the Lines tab, verify that there are contract lines.
- Select Actions > Create Contract Bid Worksheet.
- Specify this information:
- Date Range For Quantity Ordered Calculation
- Select a date range to use for the quantity ordered calculation.
- Enter A Percent To Increase Cost For Comparison Purposes
- Specify a percentage value to show as a future cost markup comparison.
- Create Record For Line With No Ordered Quantity
- Select this check box to create records for lines that have no ordered quantity.
- Bid Supplier
- Select the bid supplier.
- Click Submit.
- Click Refresh.
- On the Alert Links tab, click Bid Worksheets.
The Bid Worksheet page shows all of the contract line details.
