Portal activity

In Billing and Receivables Portal, customer representatives can add, update account information, and view their account activity on the Activity tab.

View and search for information in these tabs:

  • Item History

    Create a report or chart that lists an item's history based on cost or quantities.

  • Payments

    View payments that have been processed.

  • Invoices

    Inquire on paid invoices and invoices that are still in process.

  • Orders

    Place orders, copy from previous or standard orders, and offer sales quotes.

  • Returns

    Return customer orders.
