Portal activity
In Billing and Receivables Portal, customer representatives can add, update account information, and view their account activity on the Activity tab.
To view and search for information, access these tabs:
- Item History
Create a report or chart that lists an item's history based on cost or quantities.
- Payments
View the list of payments that are already processed. If a payment receipt is created in IDM, you can open and review the receipt from this page.
- Invoices
View invoices that are unpaid, partially paid, or fully paid. If an invoice document was generated in IDM, you can access that invoice from this page.
- Orders
Place orders, copy from previous or standard orders, and offer sales quotes.
- Returns
Return customer orders.
