Validating non-checklist talent attributes

Competencies and skills that are acquired through a checklist must be validated from To Do > Development Tasks. Achievements are not validated.

You can view and validate all the talent attributes that require validation from To Do > Validate Qualifications. You can also validate talent attributes individually on the employee's talent profile.
