Validating non-checklist talent attributes

Competencies and skills that are acquired through a checklist must be validated from Learning > Checklists . Achievements are not validated.

You can view and validate all the talent attributes that require validation from Team > Qualifications . You can also validate talent attributes individually on the employee's talent profile.
