Disabling knowledgebase integration

You can disable the integration to the knowledgebase for one or more roles.

  1. Select Application Settings > Knowledgebase Integration.
  2. Specify this information:
    Manager
    Specify availability of the knowledgebase to managers.
    Field Representative
    Specify availability of the knowledgebase to field representatives.
    Service Center
    Specify availability of the knowledgebase to service center users.
