Disabling knowledgebase integration

You can disable the integration to the knowledgebase for one or more roles.
  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Application Settings.
  3. Double-click an organization record.
  4. Click the Knowledge Base Integration tab.
  5. In the Available To section, deselect the service center roles to disable their access to knowledgebase.
  6. Click Save.
