Reverting an assignment refusal

Perform this task to reverse an action by the employee to refuse an assignment. For example, if the employee marked it Refused in error.
  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > Health Components.
    Or, select Home > Monitor Health Components.
  3. Click the Refused tab.
  4. Select the assignment to revert.
  5. Click the Revert action.
    To view the action, you might be required to click More Actions, which is indicated by an ellipsis.
  6. Specify this information:
    Reason
    Select an action reason.
    Comments
    Specify why you are reverting the assignment.
  7. Optionally, select More Actions > Change Clearance to indicate whether the employee can return to the workplace.

    This option is available only if the health component was configured for inclusion in employee clearance.

  8. Click Submit.
    The assignment is moved to the In Process tab. If configured, then the employee receives a notification email.
