Perform this task to reverse an action by the employee to refuse an assignment. For example, if the employee marked it Refused in error.
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
- Select .
Or, select .
- Click the Refused tab.
- Select the assignment to revert.
- Click the Revert action.
To view the action, you might be required to click , which is indicated by an ellipsis.

Select an action reason.

Specify why you are reverting the assignment.
- Optionally, select to indicate whether the employee can return to the workplace.
This option is available only if the health component was configured for inclusion in employee clearance.
- Click Submit.
The assignment is moved to the In Process tab. If configured, then the employee receives a notification email.
