Canceling an appointment for one group member

Perform this task to cancel a pre-defined appointment for an employee who received it as a member of a group.
  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > Group Appointments.
  3. In the Appointment List panel, select the check box for an appointment.
  4. In the Appointments panel, select the check box for the employee whose appointment must change.
  5. Select More Actions (ellipsis) > Cancel Email.
  6. Specify this information:
    Reason
    Optionally, specify a reason code.
    Comments
    Provide comments to track with this canceled appointment.
  7. Click Submit.

    A cancellation message is sent to this employee only.
