Perform this task to cancel a pre-defined appointment for an employee who received it as a member of a group.
         
         
          - Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
 
          - Select .
 
          - In the Appointment List panel, select the check box for an appointment.
 
          - In the Appointments panel, select the check box for the employee whose appointment must change.
 
          - Select .
 
          - Specify this information:
           
            
             - 
              Reason
             
 
             - 
              Optionally, specify a reason code.
             
 
             - 
              Comments
             
 
             - 
              Provide comments to track with this canceled appointment.
             
 
            
             
          - Click Submit.
           
            A cancellation message is sent to this employee only.
