Creating equivalency groups
- Select Administrator > Qualifications > Equivalency Groups

Click Create and specify this information:
- Effective Date
- Specify the effective date.
- Equivalency Group
- Specify the equivalency group name.
You can also specify a description or use the group name as the default for the description.
- Short Description
- Specify the equivalency group short description.The default is from the equivalency group.
- Description
- Specify the equivalency group description.The default is from the short description.
- Definition
- Specify the equivalency group definition.
- Minimum
- Minimum value defines the minimum number of required qualifications.
- Active
- Select this check box to make the equivalency group active.
- Click Save.

Attach qualifications to the equivalency group.
Any type of qualification can be added to the group. The minimum number that is specified during the equivalency group setup is the minimum number of qualifications that must be added.

Click Create in the
Qualifications section and
specify this information:
- Effective Date
- Specify the effective date.
- Type
- Select the qualification type.
- Qualification
- Select the qualification.
- Click Save.

Click Create in the
Qualifications section and
specify this information:

Optionally, add equivalent qualifications.
- Select the qualification for which you are adding an equivalent qualification.

Click Create in the
Equivalent Qualifications
section and specify this information:
- Effective Date
- Specify the effective date.
- Type
- Select the qualification type.
- Relation
- Letters and numbers are accepted as relation values. Relations with
the same value are processed as an
AND
logical operator and relations with different values are processed as anOR
logical operator.
- Click Save.
