Acknowledging an appraisal

Note: If the appraisal form has been set up with upline approval, this action is not available. The acknowledgment is performed using the Inbasket.
  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Reviews or select My Profile > Performance.
  3. On the Acknowledge tab, select the check box for an appraisal.
  4. Click Acknowledge.
  5. Complete the Acknowledgment Comments field.
    Optionally, use the formatting buttons to customize the text.
  6. Click Submit.
    The appraisal is now listed on the Finalized tab of the Performance Appraisals page.
